The heart of the American National
Business Hall of Fame's work is its educational program.
These business leadership and ethics programs emphasize
presentations for business groups and students, from
university to high school levels.
For academic presentations, goals are set and performance
is measured in terms of a unit of production called
the class exposure unit. This is defined as one student
being exposed to one business leadership story in
a 40 to 55 minute class session. Each class presentation
is tailored to meet the normal objectives of the particular
course in which it is presented. Thus, university
professors and high school instructors are able to
achieve their course goals while simultaneously helping
their students appreciate business ethics within the
free enterprise system.
