Laureate Selection Criteria
|
| Since 1972, the American National
Business Hall of Fame has recognized, rewarded and publicized
the role model leaders of the American free enterprise
system. Our selection process focuses on a thorough
evaluation of the business leader's career and achievement
record. This process typically involves a combination
of primary and secondary research, including financial
records of corporate performance, interviews with current
and/or former colleagues, and thorough review of relevant
business press and literature. |

CORPORATE PERFORMANCE:
Is there a business success
story worthy of telling in the future?
MANAGEMENT & VISION:
Did the candidate provide
the leadership that led to the success?
INSPIRATIONAL LEADERSHIP:
Does the candidate make
a good role model for future business leaders?
BUSINESS ETHICS:
Did the candidate conduct
himself / herself in manner consistent with a high
standard of business ethics?
